Ado is an interior presence on the interior while also having adequate footwork on defending the ball screen. He was a vocal presence on the defensive end while also showing the ability to pass. He has no range on his jumper.<p>

Originally from Nigeria, Ado now attends Hamilton Heights in Chattanooga, Tenn. Listed at 6-foot-11 tall, Ado has remarkable hands and feet for a big man. In the two viewings that our staff had of him this weekend he showed the ability to dominate the lane on either end of the court. He is a natural shot blocker and paint defender who will react quickly to the action around him. He is able to rebound and start the break for his teammates. On offense we see why Ado will be at least a top 50 prospect nationally in his class. He scores the ball effectively with his back to the basket, because an array of post moves. At his size, it is rare to find a player that is as nimble and agile as Ado is. His array of jump hooks and soft bank shots that came off spin moves immediately draws references to last year’s freshman sensation Joel Embid. It is too early to put Ado in such elite company; however what is known is that he did lead his Georgia Stars 16U team to a Boo Williams championship this weekend. He will also have a chance to compete on the USA Elite National Under 20 team in the World Championships in Tourcoing, France in June. Reportedly the only offer to date that Ado holds is from Vanderbilt.
