Jones earned MVP honors today in a win over Our Savior. He hit 7 threes en route to a 27 point outing which included 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Jones is proving to be one of the more consistent performers at the PG position. At 6-4 he has the size to be an elite contributor. I still see him best as a complementary player who can play off of the space created by those around him.

ones has made strides in his game since last year. He played the PG position all weekend. He still shoots the ball at a high clip, but he has added that game off of the bounce that was lacking last year. He showed some craftiness to side step defenders in the lane to finish. He scored 23 points on 9-13 shooting tonight while also dishing out 6 assists. It was an impressive performance that earned him game MVP honors on the night. The knock on him now may be his thin build, but he certainly has the length to make up for it.
