Class of 2019 prospect Kaley Shipman of Mountain View, Ark., was one of the more skilled middle school prospects on hand for the Elite Basketball Academy All-American Camp in September 2014 and continued as a freshman in the 2015 version. She’s a player that our staff plans to keep a close eye on over the coming years.
