Mote is a young player who is still putting his skills and experience together. He came to the camp and put in a lot of important work. His willingness to work hard and take instruction was a good sign for the future for his development. In game play he still has not located a specialty that will allow him to affect the game consistently. However, he does play hard and is willing to play his role. Finding his niche will be the key element this upcoming season.
