Kelly is a young guard with a toolbox full of skills. He showed his ability to handle and direct the offense in this camp setting. However, it his ability to create 3 page research paper plays with the dribble and hit jumpers that could allow him to see early playing-time for the Red Elephants. His skill combined with unusual poise for an underclassman made him one of the better prospects at the camp. We will keep a close eye on his development accounting drg assignment in future years.
