Nick Rakocevic – (Westchester, Ill.), Mac Irvin – 2016
Height: 6’10”
Position: Power Forward
Committed College: Undecided
Star Grade:
Date: June 18, 2015
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: NBPA Top 100 (Charlottesville, VA)
Rakocevic played more of a face up role here as a trail post as opposed to a back-to-basket presence. He has the size / length to be effective when he does choose to post. Rakocevic showed some touch on his shot, hook.
Date: May 23, 2015
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: Nike EYBL critical review essay outline (Minneapolis, MN)
Rakocevic is a post with good size. He didn’t showcase as much offensively as he did in our eval last summer but his length / willingness to run makes him a prospect.
Date: July 17, 2014
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Nike Peach Jam (North Augusta, S.C.)
Nick showed more offensive ability here today than what Brandon saw in St. Louis. I see him as a 4 player with face up skill. He has a solid shooting stroke to 18′. He secures the ball well on the rebound and on the perimeter. He has the type of ball skill that will allow him to reverse the ball at the cheap college essay writing top of the key. He showed nice agility while moving in transition and through the lane. He even showed a nice pinch-post offensive skill set.
Date: June 14, 2014
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: Nike Elite 100 Camp (St. Louis, Mo.)
Rakocevic is a slender framed post prospect. He played more of an interior 5 player than a secondary trail 4 in this eval. Rakocevic was both a shot blocker and shot changer in this camp setting sending shots out left and right. His offensive skill is not as advanced as is defensive skill at this point.
