Trey Austin #G6 (Simpsonville, S.C.), Christ Church Episcopal School – 2018
Austin is a point guard with his best days of playing still in front of him. Standing at 5-foot-11 and a basketball frame, he has the physical tools to be a productive guard. His release on his jumper is high and consistent, which points to him being a solid shooter in future games. His job will be to stay in the gym to continue to add polish to his game so that he can consistently impact in years to come.
Teshaun Hightower #G14 (Grayson, Ga.), Grayson HS – 2016
Hightower burst on to the camp scene in a flurry at the beginning of June. The 6-5 wing showed his athleticism and ability to drop buckets as well as anyone at the camp. His high motor and ability to get his own shot at any moment is a big reason why he could bring an instant impact to coach Geoffrey Pierce’s Grayson Rams next season. Hightower goes onto the Atlanta Tip-Off Club All-Metro team watch list for next season. If his high school season resembles the production that he showed at this camp, expect awards and scholarship offers to follow.
Micah Kinsey #G5 (Snellville, Ga.), Brookwood HS – 2016
Kinsey is fast with the ball! He can get downhill in a blur and he finishes above the rim as well as any smaller guard in the camp. Although he does not have the size of Hightower above, his bounce and ability to create is similar. Look for Kinsey to impact for coach Daniel Bowles once again at Brookwood High School this upcoming winter.
