Bonds demonstrated his ability to use ball screens well this weekend. He turned the corner with quickness and explosiveness. He changes directions with the ball in his hands. He also showed to be very effective on the defensive end. Bonds’ long arms and quickness makes him an effective two-way guard.

Again this weekend Bonds proved to be a very effective floor general. His specialty is passing as he does an excellent job of keeping his head up to find his teammates. At one juncture he lead the wing player to an open area, which led to a score. His length and specialty as a distributor will keep him on the floor with coach Cleveland at Banks County.

Bonds is a talented young player who showed important point guard skills at the camp. He has a quick crossover move that he uses to get past defenders on the perimeter. He hit floaters in the kill zone around the rim. Equally as an important, he was willing to hit the open player on the perimeter when he drew the help on the drive.
