Okeke is an elite specialist as a shooter from the forward position. He can play either spot depending on the matchup. Okeke consistently stretches the floor with his ability to shoot the ball.

Okeke is an interesting prospect in that he has not made a 3-pointer all season. He loves to attack in straight lines to get to the basket and finish. It’s working in EYBL play as he is averaging 14.8 points, 9 rebounds per in 16 games.

Okeke played a lot in the high post here today. He attacked the rim solidly while also showing the ability to hit the pull up jumper. He proved he could finish with either hand around the rim. He was a secondary offensive option for his team today.

Okeke has size and skill on the perimeter. He hit the open jump shot and finished well in this setting around the rim off of the dribble drive.

Okeke has a smooth game with terrific length. He has the footwork to catch in the post, reverse pivot and the look to attack or fan out to a teammate. However, he also has the face up skill to shoot the three or attack with the bounce. He lacks being elite in anyone of these categories, but he still has plenty of physical maturing left to do.

Okeke is a combo forward in skill set. His athleticism is right under the elite category as well as his willingness to crash the glass. He’s a guy who you try to find playing time to do the little things in that regard.

Okeke is a forward with good length and solid athleticism. I would not classify him in the elite category with his athleticism. He drives it in straight lines. He rebounded the ball very well this weekend.

Okeke’s length is intriguing on the perimeter. He didn’t showcase a specialty to speak of playing with the top preps in 2015, 2016 statewide. That said he did enough to be impactful and put himself on our radar. He’s one to keep an eye on.
