BrandonClayScouting.com Player Evaluations

Date: June 11, 2016
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: Nike Elite 100 Camp (St. Louis, Mo.)

Jones can really shoot the basketball from the outside. He is an elite specialist in that regard. He can also score the ball off of the bounce. Jones biggest skill right now is his ability to create shot opportunities on his own.

Date: June 11, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Nike Elite 100 Camp (St. Louis, Mo.)

Jones is a wing with offensive potential. He shoots it at will, which leads to questions about his shot selection and efficiency. He has real size and could quite good on the defensive end. He anticipates plays well.

Date: May 15, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Bob Gibbons Invitational (Suwanee, Ga.)

Jones has a lot of athletic tools, but not one specialty at the moment. He is great in transition and has exceptional length for the position. The next 12 months should be telling in which way his progress will go.
