BrandonClayScouting.com Player Evaluations

Date: June 11, 2016
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: Nike Elite 100 Camp (St. Louis, Mo.)

Campbell is a smaller option at the position. He plays against high level competition and has for years. Can he have a similar impact to his class as Trae Young has to ’17?

Date: June 11, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Nike Elite 100 Camp (St. Louis, Mo.)

Campbell is best in transition where he can set the pace and pitch ahead to teammates. He is really fast and elite distributor of the basketball. He hit the floater here today, but that was the extent of his scoring.

Date: May 29, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Nike EYBL Session IV (Suwanee, Ga.)

Campbell is one of the great young point guards in the country. He averaged 15 points per game on the EYBL circuit as an underclassman while also dishing out 4.5 assists per game. He hit almost 1 three per game while shooting it at a 40% rate. His up tempo style and willingness to distribute has him near the top of the 2019 class.

Location: Hoop Hall Classic (Springfield, Mass.)

Tyger is a terrific handler. He can set the table on the big stage as just a freshman. His jumper was a question mark coming out of this evaluation as he finished only 1-5 from the field. He did add 5 rebounds and 6 assists in a win over the Patrick School.

Date: December 5, 2014
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Marshall County Hoop Fest (Benton, Ky.)

Tyger is an 8th grader playing up with his high school team and producing on a big stage. He was the second most productive player for CPA this evening as he scored 18 points on 6/12 shooting. He is a slasher and has a smooth jumper from beyond the arc. He can make plays going to either hand.
