Waters heated up from beyond the arc to the tune of 29 points, which included 7-10 from 3pt range. He also has fantastic vision while passing. He is good at hitting teammates with diagonal passes and setting them up for shots when he gets into the lane. Waters finished with 7 assists in his game MVP effort. He has a crafty handle and fantastic body control when he gets into the lane.

Waters really got it done here in this elite camp setting. He made his teammates better with his ball movement while knocking down the open 3-pointer time and time again. If Waters can add a consistent midrange pull to go with his arsenal, it will make him that much tougher to guard.

Waters is a point guard who is very quick and just as quick even with the ball in his hands. He is a play creator, although small in stature. He showed solid form on his free throw despite not showing a jumper here.

Waters is a talented option at the point guard position. He’s small but skilled with range out to the 3-point line. His handle is smooth and slick even creating space with a step back jump shot today.
