DeSousa is a mobile forward who can score on the move. Rebounding, defending and scoring around the basket sum up his game.

DeSousa is a power forward with legit size / shape around the rim. He runs the floor well in transition and is an elite specialist rebounding the ball in the lane.

DeSousa is an athletic power forward with strength and skill to finish. He showed the ability to score in the high post and in the low post. He has bounce to finish above the rim and to be dominating rebounder.

DeSousa played primarily in the lane this weekend. He has incredibly long arms with the ability to rebound and finish effectively amongst defenders. His offensive skill set is not quite polished yet, but he is an explosive athlete. His build and athleticism put me in the mind of Daniel Giddens, an Ohio State signee in 2015. His free throw is far ahead of Giddens right now.
