This is as solid of a performance as we have seen from Wigginton. He is a confident handler while also being a capable scorer. He creates space with the dribble while also showing range on his jumper. He scored 16 on 6/12 shooting in a match-up vs Athlete’s Institute.

Wigginton is heady point guard who communicates and sets the table on the offensive end. He was solid today, playing limited minutes off of the bench. His talent is evident playing on this undefeated, nationally ranked team.

Wigginton was very solid in the evaluation. Although he only got 17 minutes versus Our Savior, he was effective in the time he got. He scored 9 points and dished out 2 assists. It was the intangibles that impressed me the most. His willingness to run the offense, communicate to his teammates are qualities that should make him an elite point guard in his class. He did hit the only 3-point attempt he took here, but was only 2-5 from the free throw line.

Wigginton is a solid right-handed point guard. He likes to attack and get downhill into the lane. We didn’t see him get a chance to knock down the open jump shot here.
