Star Grade:
By: @JLHemingwayPSB & @BrandonClayPSB
Date: June 18, 2015
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: NBPA Top 100 Camp (Charlottesville, Va.)
Banks has continued to develop as an interior presence. He rebounded in area and was one of the better post in camp in that regard. Banks hit multiple right hand half hooks around the basket as well.
Date: March 15, 2015
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: The Preview (Marietta, Ga.)
Banks is a worker on the low block. He is comfortable being a post presence even in a camp setting. He made a nice right hand hook.
Date: July 17, 2014
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: EYBL Nike Peach Jam (North Augusta, S.C.)
Banks struggled to impact here today. He struggled to catch and finish on the low block. He has the frame and size to be a highly recruited prospect, but his production does not match now.
Date: November 16, 2013
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: St. Francis Verizon Hoops for a Cure (North Augusta, S.C.)
Banks is a young post with the size and width that you want out of a block post. He is a limited athlete in ways and is not going to be a high flying rim protector. However, he does have the physicality to be a banger in the low post.
