Date: December 3, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Marshall County Hoop Fest (Benton, Ky.)
McCormack is a throwback post player. He is physically strong and can enforce the lane on both ends of the court. His back to the basket game is polished. He makes very definitive moves when catches the ball on the low block. He gives great effort and has active feet to pursue rebounds and loose balls. Although primarily an interior post player, he is mobile and does not appear to be a liability on the 1-5 pick and roll. As polished as McCormack looked when he touched the ball, he did not touch it often. He is currenty not a primary offensive target for nationally ranked Oak Hill Academy.
