Bowen is an interesting prospect on the wing. He’s gotten stronger over the past 12 months and is putting up real numbers in EYBL play averaging 18.9 points, 7.4 rebounds per. Bowen is only shooting 20 percent from beyond the arc doing most of his damage inside of 17 feet offensively.

There is a lot to like a Bowen. He is glue-player who makes plays and makes those around him better. He is a solid handler and can get downhill with the drive. His length and skill make him an ELITE player in the class.

Bowen’s versatility was on full display here. The wing prospect played on the ball and off offensively while showing that he can make the open 3-pointer. Bowen’s length and skill allow him a chance to be one of the premier perimeter threats nationwide.

Bowen is a great small forward option in that he can be productive in a number of areas. In this camp we saw him get to the rim off of the drive, hit a 3 off of a drive and kick and finally finish with a big dunk off of a pick and roll. His knees are a bit stiff. However, he has tools to work with.

Bowen showed that same skill set that I saw in June. He made the open 3-pointer multiple times over the two days. His strength (or lack thereof) is an area to keep an eye on. I mentioned Jayson Tatum in the eval below but he looks more like Amir Coffey in size/build.

Bowen showed some growing pains here this weekend. He did not impact the game vs. Team Final much at all. He has the length and the athleticism that Brandon mentioned below. But he played more a forward position on this team as opposed to a wing that Brandon saw him at camp.

Bowen is a smooth off the ball option. He shot the 3-pointer consistently here in camp. His length, shooting ability puts me in the mind of Jayson Tatum (MO-16) though Bowen isn’t as long or strong at this point.
