Jalen Hodges, Team 5 – (Snellville, Ga.) – Wesleyan HS – 2016
Hodges fulfilled the role of point guard as well as any at the camp in October. The 5-foot-11 junior is a natural leader and willing distributor on the offensive end. His unselfishness and willingness to distribute the ball is a breath of fresh air in a camp setting. He showed the ability to slash into the lane and create plays as well.
Dakota Hotzclaw, Team 4 – (Cumming, Ga.) – North Forsyth HS – 2015
One of the pleasant surprises from the camp was the 6-6 wing from Forsyth County. A shooting specialist from beyond the arc, Hotzclaw was a lock to knock down a clean look. His above average size for the position is an added bonus for a player who has the tools to play facing the basket.
Adrian Martin, Team 3 – (Sugar Hill, Ga.) – Lanier HS – 2018
The young point guard has the measurables you would like to see in a point guard. He stands at 6-1, with long arms and super quick first step. Although young, he possesses a good feel for the game already. Right now he is most comfortable with the ball in his hands, but he will need to improve his off the ball skills when asked to play more of a combo-guard role. He does have the ability to shoot the long ball, even though he did not get in rhythm here today. Watch for him to produce big minutes for coach Huckaby at the Longhorns in region 7-AAAAA
