Strengths
Dozier is a left-handed point guard who is comfortable scoring the basketball with her school team while she willingly plays the role of facilitator on a loaded club team. At 5 feet 5 inches, Dozier is not a physically imposing prospect but her ability to create shots for herself and her teammates help with essay questions is impressive. That said, she’s a strong guard capable of taking contact and still completing the play. In the classroom, she sports a 4.1 overall GPA. Her high academic standing and on-floor intelligence makes her a potential coach’s dream.
Area To Improve
Becoming a top flight on-ball defender is on Dozier’s to-do list when she returns to live game action. She already does a good job understanding where she should be based on the opposing player’s tendencies.
