5-foot-8 JUCO Fr. Guard Tiffany Lewis of Chipola College journal research paper writing service (FL) has been the story of the season. She now has a scholarship offer from Virginia Tech. This comes on the heels of offers from both Pittsburgh and Rutgers in the past two weeks.
