AUSTIN – Coach Karen Aston’s Longhorns have a completely revamped roster from her arrival four seasons ago. In the process, Texas has ascended into the discussion at the top of the Big XII ladder. Tonight, they’ll get a great test inside the Erwin Center as the Longhorns play No. 24 Oklahoma.

FIRST HALF

19:00 – It doesn’t take long for Fr. Ariel Atkins to get on the board. The nation’s No. 3 ranked prospect last season was rolling in non-conference before missing multiple games with an ankle injury.

16:00 – RS So. Post Imani McGee-Stafford is back and looks like she hasn’t missed a beat. 4 to 2 Texas.

15:20 –Jr. Guard Brady Sanders with a tough finish on the inside. 6 to 2 Texas.

14:30 – McGee-Stafford with a rebound and a putback to score.

13:38 – Fr. Point Guard Brooke McCarty with a nice assist college application essay music to Atkins in transition for the layup. 10 to 10.

12:40 – So. Post Kelsey Lang with a nice jump shot from 10 feet. 13 to 12 OU.
