Turner got things going quickly on Friday night as he started the first quarter versus Carlisle School with 6 threes. He would finish the night with 20 points. His skill to get his shot off is impressive as he can release it off of a jab and step back moves. More over he showed his ability to slash and finish at the rim this weekend. We have him college app essays listed as a PG, but it should be noted that he played the SG position all weekend for ACD. Nevertheless, he did show consistent leadership by being vocal.

Turner was solid here showing himself more as a point guard than in our Gibbons eval. He displayed vision and was a primary distributor all while running his camp team. He also showed range on his jump shot hitting multiple 3-pointers.

Turner played both on and off of the basketball here today for E1T1. In that way, he’s showing himself as a potential combo though his build is more that of a prototypical point. He was solid buying papers distributing and letting teammate Antonio Blakeney (FL-15) carry most of the perimeter scoring load.

Turner is a shooting guard who shoots the ball at a very high rate. Although he is a spot up guy, he demonstrated remarkable athleticism with the ball in his hands. He can elevate around the rim, which makes him a dual threat on the offensive end. He scored 16 points in this game here today. One 3 that he hit on the break came off of a hard right to left hand behind the back dribble. His potential is exciting.
