NORCROSS, Ga. – The Hilton Invitational has become a staple of the high school season inside the southeast. Each year, the event showcases some of the region’s top teams and players on the fourth Saturday of January. Hosted by Norcross High School, this year’s edition was no different.

Justin Coleman (Birmingham, Ala.) – Wenonah HS – 2014

Simply put, Justin Coleman is a problem jane goodall research paper with the ball in his hands. The Alabama signee makes it hard for opposing defenders to keep in front of him. Coleman is a blur with the ball and a slick handle allows him to get just about wherever he wants to go. He shot the 3-pointer well here against Wheeler HS (GA). Standing at right around 5-foot-10, Coleman’s size will be a knock but he performed extremely well on this stage.

Troy Morrison (Lilburn, Ga.) – Greater Atlanta Christian – 2014

Morrison is growing as the season grows on. His penchant for getting teammates involved is unique for a HS point guard. We’ve seen the 5-11 floor general’s jumper has come along as well. Morrison is talking about a possible prep school year which would allow him to get stronger and fall back into his natural class of 2015. A high academic watch list prospect, Morrison appears to be a perfect candidate for help with home work an Ivy League or top shelf Division III institution like Emory or NYU. Morrison has an Elite Basketball Academy Top 40 Workout invite on March 9, 2014.
