The roster for Kirk Pointer’s team is exceptionally deep. Pointer is blessed with the ability to be able to sub a quality player off the bench at every position. Playing opposite of the tough point guard duo is shooting guard Jada Lewis of Powder Springs, Ga. Lewis is a dead eye shooter who continues to add pieces to her game. However, one of the important glue players to the team is Quanniecia Morrison of Riverdale, Ga. The research paper on body image Class of 2017 forward is the consummate hustle player who finds ways to win 50-50 balls while also scoring in the paint. However, Team Elite is missing one of their most talented players in Erika Cassell of Marietta, Ga., this summer. When Cassell returns, Kirk Pointer’s team will have an elite balance of guard and post play.
