JumpOffPlus.com Event Recap: TeamPSB May Day Challenge May 7, 2012

Suwanee, Ga. – The PeachStateBasketball.com May Day Challenge brought together 52 of the best programs from around the country. Only four of them were fortunate enough to advance the a title game that was broadcast by our Peach State Production Team courtesy of iHigh.

FBC coach Angela Williams had Brielle Blaire's full attention

This was the first “Championship Sunday” appearance of the season for FBC Georgia while the Pistols made their second trip after winning their first time around during the Pre-Season Shootout (April 14&15). Both teams came to the game with multiple scholarship players in uniform. 6-foot sophomore forward Brielle Blaire of Salisbury, write my assignment N.C. (Brielle Blaire Highlight Video) led FBC en route to their big semi-final win over Illinois X-Citement. The Pistols countered with 5-10 freshman guard Asia Durr of Douglasville, Ga. Durr was an Elite Basketball Academy All-American in the fall of 2011. Here’s a look at how both teams arrived in the final game:
