Evaluation

The 5-foot-7 point guard is quarterbacking one of the state’s top high school programs. A left-handed junior, she has improved her skill set immensely with the ability to handle the ball against athletic guards. Defensively, she’s always in stance and in the right position — a staple of the high school program that she plays with.

Going forward, Dillard has to address her willingness to nature vs nurture research paper take and make the ball reversal jump shot to keep opposing defenses honest. Like most pass-first point guards, seeing that shot has a positive necessity will be key to her growth at the position.
