BrandonClayScouting.com Player Evaluations

Date: May 28, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Nike EYBL Session IV (Suwanee, Ga.)

Green proved to be one of the most well rounded point guards on the EYBL circuit this season. He used the ball screen well to either attack the rim or pull up for jumpers. His quick crossover moves to split defenders allow him to create plays in traffic. He averaged an impressive 10.5 assists per game on for the circuit season, which makes him among the nation’s premier distributors. Green showed to be equally effective on the defensive end where he jumped the passing lanes and anticipated opponents moves well. He averaged 3 steals per game this season.

Location: John Lucas Invitational (Louisville, Ky.)

Green actually played more off of the ball in this eval than on. That said we still view him as a next level point guard. Green did showcase himself as a smooth right-handed jump shooter with range to beyond the 3-point line here.

Green is a stocky guard with some court vision. A right-hand dominant player, he is a rotation point guard for a good HS team.
