Miles once again showed his ball handling skills and his ability to slash into the lane this weekend. His quickness is effective on both ends of the floor as he hounds ball handlers into mistakes routinely. His bulldog attitude and willingness to make things happen always make him an impactful player during these camp settings. We believe he should experience some of that same success this high school season. We will track his progress as he suits up again for coach BJ Roy at Mountain View again this year.

Long played significant minutes for the Bears at Mountain View this year as a freshman. Standing at 5-10, Long is a scat-back type guard who can push the tempo in transition. He is effective at splitting defenders to get to the lane and finish on the move. Long has many of the tools that will be necessary to become a successful high school point guard for years to come.

Long is a 5-8 point guard made a good impression at the camp in October. His ability to handle the ball among older players is notable. However, it is the skill he has with the ball in his hands that makes his future even brighter than his peers. His nice dribble moves to shake defenders allowed him to create space on the perimeter. We will keep an eye on the freshman in years to come.
