Lewis is an athlete that thrives in transition and in areas where the game is a bit chaotic. His ability to run the court and to exert his athleticism in the paint are his strengths. His current offensive skill set lend him to be more of a high screen and roll forward. However, he has shown flashes of wing skill in that he can attack the basket with the bounce downhill. His defensive potential is off the charts. He can defend multiple positions while rebounding with the best in the building. Growing his IQ and understanding how to impact the game consistently will be areas that he will need to refine heading into his junior year.

Lewis is a combo-forward with a very high ceiling. Currently his most productive position on the court would be a the 4-spot where he can defend and rebound on the interior. However, his athleticism and lateral quickness allows him to be a versatile defender who can affect the game from baseline to baseline. The challenge for Lewis moving forward will be to polish his skill set to become serviceable facing the basket. This should not be a problem for Lewis as he showed the willingness to put in extra work after the camp. Playing for the Longhorns at Lanier in future years should be an asset as they are known for their terrific player development programs inside and out of season.
