Martin is a wing with good size for the position. He has length to affect the game defensively. He proved he can contest shots in his area while also being able to get into the passing lanes. His footwork is solid on both ends of the floor too. It paid dividends as he was able to hit several open jumpers during game play.

Martin is shooting guard with solid overall skill. He hit the spot 3 and proved to be a very polished open court handler. His shooting skill sets up the rest of his game. He forces defenders to close out very tightly on him, which opens up his driving game. He uses head fakes well to get to the rim to finish.
