Howard did a great job of creating angles to pass with the drive tonight. He finished with 5 assists, but did turn it over 8 times in a loss to Chaminade. Many of those turnovers were late in the game in desperation moments. He finished with 13 points and his jumper continues to be a question mark.

Howard was good here in this best setting that we’ve seen him so far. That said he still didn’t shoot it well going 4-for-18 from the field but had 13 rebounds to go along with 13 points. He had six assists but also had seven turnovers.

Howard played the point guard position here and created plays from that position. He was able to get downhill with the drive and split the double team off of ball screens. He scored 16 points, albeit not that efficiently on 5 of 15 shooting. He did dish out 5 assists in the process versus Wheeler HS.

Howard is a solid option on the wing with the length to be effective potentially at either position. He’s a good athlete but didn’t showcase a speciality in this eval.
