BrandonClayScouting.com Player Evaluations

Date: May 15, 2016
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Bob Gibbons Invitational (Suwanee, Ga.)

Reese is a stretch 4 who is ideal as a pick and pop forward. He is not an explosive guy and will not dominate the interior, but he has enough length to hold his own.

Date: October 4, 2015
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: USA Basketball Camp (Colorado Springs, Colo.)

Reese plays hard around the rim. He’ll rebound, run the floor and shoot the trail 3. Reese’ biggest attribute is his willingness to do the little things in a gym full of the elite kids in the country.

Date: May 28, 2015
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: USA Basketball U16 Trials (Colorado Springs, Colo.)

Reese is a high energy guy who makes things happen by being active around the ball. His offensive skill set is vastly different from Austin Wiley or Wendall Carter but Reese is consistently productive. He is also a rebounding option at the rim as well.

Date: May 3, 2015
Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Bob Gibbons Invitational (Suwanee, Ga.)

Reese is a versatile forward who can play inside and out. He has range to the arc with his jumper and displays solid vision with the pass. He has the length to affect the game in the paint as well. His frame suggests that he can put on more good weight in years to come.
