CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The NBPA Top 100 Camp has been a staple of the June Camp circuit for years. After Day One of gameplay, this version is no different for the campers involved. Here is our take on the first flight of games:

Tony Allen coached his camp team the same way he plays defense for the Memphis Grizzlies – tough and with a laser like focus. Class of 2016 point guard DeAaron Fox of Houston, Texas emerged as a stock riser today as Allen called multiple sets for the 6-foot-1 prospect to shine. Each time, Fox rose to the occasion making shots as well as creating for others much like he did at the USA Basketball Mini-Camp in the fall.

Class of 2015 essay on my favourite game soccer forward Ben Simmons of Australia was flat awesome. Though he didn’t have a lot of “highlight” moments, the 6-9 prep was impressive from start to finish making a case for the top spot in this rising senior class. He looks to have gained 10-12 pounds of muscle since we watched him at City of Palms in late-December.

Another class of 2016 point guard rose to the occasion tonight as Payton Pritchard of Linn Mar, Ore., brought his whole skill arsenal to the table. This showing wasn’t much different than the impressive eval that Pritchard at in front of us at USA Basketball in October. The 6-foot floor general made shots, handled the ball in traffic and played well in a matchup with classmate Jaylen Fisher of Memphis, Tenn.

We can’t say enough about the play of class of 2015 point guard Jawun Evans law paper writing service of Dallas, Texas so far this spring. We’ve seen him on multiple occasions including leading the South Carolina Raptors to a Bob Gibbons title. The 6-foot dynamic option scored, slashed and passed his way right into the Top 100 rankings discussion with his show on the big stage.

Class of 2015 prep Aaron Holiday of North Hollywood, Calif., is a big time prospect at the guard position. Is he a point or is he a scorer? Our answer is that it doesn’t matter as the 6-2 guard is a playmaker capable of being both effective and productive. The UCLA commit shined again much like he did in front of our staff during a showdown with class of 2016 guard Malik Monk of Lapento, Ark., at the Nike EYB session in Minnesota over Memorial Day Weekend.
