BUFORD, Ga. – The Elite Basketball Academy All-American Camp is designed to bring some of the nation’s top prospects together to compete and showcase their skills in front of BrandonClayScouting.com and OTRHoopsReport.com evaluators.

Ty Cockfield – (Gainesville, Ga.) – Johnson High School – 2015

The explosive guard did not have to travel far this past weekend to showcase his skills at Bogan Park. The 6-foot combo guard demonstrated his typical explosiveness getting to the rim this weekend. He was particularly effective in transition as he repeatedly was able to beat opponents to the other end of the floor and finishing in traffic. Cockfield showed the willingness to run the point guard position as was effective at times at setting up his teammates. That skill combined with added consistency to his jumper should be his primary focus of development for the immediate future.

Bradley McCurdy – (Chattanooga, Tenn.) – Bradley Central – 2016

McCurdy had a productive weekend at the All-American Camp. While his natural position will be the point guard position, which we noted in his March eval from EBA Top 40 Camp, he showed progression with his skill set as a legitimate combo-guard. He shot the ball from beyond the arc with precision. Impressively, he drove the lane and finished at the rim with either hand. With that type of dual threat to attack the defense, McCurdy projects to be a productive player this year at Bradley Central. One area that he could develop is his pull-up game, which should be a nice counter move to his long range jump shot.

Jordan Pulliam – (Gainesville, Ga.) – Chestatee High School – 2015

The left-handed senior had a solid weekend among some of the more talented prospects nationwide. The 6-1 guard may be best suited for the point guard position, however during this camp he showed his ability to be effective as an off guard. He hit the spot up jumper well both in drills and in game play. His energy and hustle on the defensive end allowed him to impact the game even when he did not have the ball in his hands. We would like to see him become more explosive driving to the basket with his weak hand while also developing his mid-range game.

The Elite Basketball Academy is the only skill development oriented group worldwide that also provides college exposure.
