Myles Turner – Trinity HS (Euless, TX) – 2014

Turner shot up the charts after his play on the circuit last summer. A five-star center, Turner even received a late invite to the USA Basketball Mini-Camp last October where he competed against some of the nation’s top players in mba admissions essay writers the country. This past week, Turner chose Texas over Kansas giving the Longhorns their most highly regarded recruit since Kevin Durant played inside the Frank Erwin Center.

Our latest BrandonClayScouting.com eval on Turner:

Oct. 5, 2013 – USA Basketball Mini-Camp (Colorado Springs, Colo.) – Brandon Clay

Turner has legitimate pro center size and moves well for a prospect that big. He made a nice step through move to score in the post. With a gym full of top flight posts, Turner struggled at times to make an impact on either end. The 7-footer wasn’t bad but is noticeably raw in his overall offensive game right help me reword my essay now. Given his size at such an early age, that is not a surprise as we look forward to watching his development over the coming years. He took an 18 foot jump shot that looked good but didn’t drop inside of the game play.
