SANTA ANA, Calif. – The 20th Annual Nike Extravaganza is a staple of our West Coast coverage calendar. Loaded with multiple BrandonClayScouting.com ranked prospects and Naismith Trophy Watch List candidates, there was no shortage of talent inside the Meruelo Athletic Center. Here are some of the takeaways from the day full of action:

Class of 2015 prospect Jack Kaub of Los Alamitos (CA) is an unsigned senior to keep an eye on. The 6-foot-7 forward finished with 24 points, nine rebounds in 25 minutes.

Class of 2016 point guard Eyassu Worku also shined for Los Alamitos. His ability to distribute and score was on full display as he recorded seven assists to go along with 20 points.

Villa Park (CA) showcased a solid class of 2017 guard in Myles Franklin. The sophomore was lights out from beyond the arc going 5-for-6 en route to 19 points on the morning.

Class of 2015 point guard Nick Anderson of Canyon (CA) helped close out the morning session with a 14-point, 10-rebound performance.

For JSerra (CA), it was the play of class of 2016 guard Alec Hickman that led the way. The shooting dropped 21 points with six rebounds.

Orange Lutheran (CA) class of 2015 wing Rogers Printup is a wing capable of making plays with his size/strength on the perimeter. Printup, who has signed with UC-Davis, was a star here with 20 points on 8-for-14 from the field and nine rebounds.

Fellow senior, CJ Hankins is a steady point guard for Orange Lutheran who finished with an efficient 18 point, 12 rebound performance in this one.

Class of 2015 point guard Josh Rodriguez of Sonora (CA) was on point in his matchup versus Orange Lutheran. He finished with 18 points and seven assists.

Simply put, class of 2015 wing Rodney Henderson of St. John Bosco (CA) is productive. He finished with 18 points and 13 rebounds in this eval on 4-for-11 from the field, essay help pros 8-9 FTA. Henderson also got three steals while playing all 32 minutes.

Class of 2016 forward Vance Jackson of Bosco showed the skill in this setting to be a full-time threat on the perimeter. He finished with 19 points. Jackson did impact the game on the glass grabbing 10 rebounds in this one.

Class of 2015 point guard Sedrick Barefield of Corona Centennial (CA) was good here finishing with 24 points, seven assists and six rebounds. He went 8-for-19 from the field, 4-10 from 3-point land. Barefield wasn’t afraid to have his hands on the ball in crunch time leading his team to a W.

UCLA has a 5-star caliber guard in class of 2016 prospect Lonzo Ball of Chino Hills (CA). Ranked No. 14 in the BrandonClayScouting.com ELITE 60, Ball showed here that he can pass the ball, make the open shot and consistently affect the game offensively. He finished with 34 points, 13 rebounds, six steals and four blocks. Ball went 11-for-29 from the field, 9-12 from the FT line.

Class of 2015 power forward Chase Jeter of Bishop Gorman (NV) continues to get better while being consistent at the same time. Tonight he was 8-for-13 from the field and finished with 19 points, 13 rebounds. He’s as efficient a prospect as any at the position nationwide.

Currently ranked No. 17, class of 2015 guard Dwayne Bacon of Oak Hill (VA) has vaulted himself into the Top 10 discussion nationally. He’s be the go-to player on the nation’s premier HS team so far. Tonight was no different as he finished with 22 points on 9-for-18 from the field playing all 32 minutes.

Class of 2015 Missouri commit Terrence Phillips of Oak Hill (VA) is one of the country’s top point guards. He’s a steady hand at the position for CP3 in the club season too and turned in a vintage stat line here tonight. Phillips played 30 minutes finishing with six steals, six points, four assists and two turnovers.

Another Oak Hill standout Daniel Giddens used this stage to compete. Ranked at No. 30, Giddens competed against the No. 12 prospect in the class, Ivan Rabb of Bishop O’Dowd. An Ohio State signee, Giddens was productive here finishing with 15 points on 6-for-6 from the field and five rebounds in just 15 minutes of action.

Speaking of Rabb, he had an efficient night as well with 15 points, 13 rebounds on 7-for-11 from the field. Like Bacon, Rabb played every single minute of this one.
