Davis again played off of the ball today. He high school help showed what he could do while moving without the ball as he used the floppy screen and reading the chasing defense and turning it into a curl. He attacked the rim consistently and was able to take contact and finish. Davis’ game is effective. He does not have to exert a lot of energy to get things done.

Evaluator: Jonathan Hemingway
Location: Nike EYBL (Hampton, Minn.)

This was my first chance at viewing Davis and he played his position for most of the game. He distributed and set up plays for Miles Bridges (MI-16) and his other teammates. However, he picked his spots well to score in the lane off the mid-range jumper. He is very good at scoring the ball when he essay on langston hughes can get his defender on his hip.

Date: October 5, 2013
Evaluator: Brandon Clay
Location: USA Basketball Devleopmental Mini-Camp(Colorado Springs, Colo.)

Davis is a slender combo guard who finished well with his left hand in traffic. He struggled some when at the point with the physicality of the 2014 kids in Tyus Jones and James Blackmon Jr. Davis will defend and was a specialist in that regard here.
