Davis has the perfect blend of strength and skill as a power forward. He will play physical while rebounding the basketball. However, he is showing footwork on the block to score. He still has not shown the range on the jumper that he may need to develop to become a complete versatile player.

Davis was most effective in the first quarter where he scored 12 of his teams 19pts. He contested almost every shot taken in the paint and finished strong around the rim. Davis uses his strength to establish prime positioning for rebounding and scoring in the post. He has the quick, explosive leaping ability that helps him to score easily from offensive rebound.

I liked Davis’ activity in this fast paced game. He was very engaged into the game although he was not seeing a ton of touches. He finished a nice hesitation shot fake 2 footer in traffic. His free throw is a bit flat right now. He is vocal best essay writer service and talks the game. He presents himself as a very high character, leadership oriented type of guy. Although he plays the post for his high school team, he projects as a player who will be able to defend multiple positions.

At 6-7 Davis has great length and combines that size with good feet. He showed good touch and balance in the drills this morning. His ability to run the court and his instincts around the bucket make him very productive at this moment. He will block shots on the defensive end and finish consistently on the offensive end. His upside is linked to his face-up skill, which he continues to buy english literature essays add polish year after year.

Davis projects as a combo forward capable of playing either spot. He’s as impactful to the game as Tennessee verbal Phil Cofer (GA-14) but has the skill offensively away from the basket that Cofer lacks. Davis skill very well could have him as a full-time perimeter guy based on system and level. He has a nice set jump shot and would be an ideal third rebounder if he played the SF spot.
