Spellman’s size and skill have him headed in the right direction. He’ll have to continue to work on conditioning to be at his best on the inside. Spellman isn’t a primary back-to-basket scorer right now but has the build to continue to improve.

Spellman is a power forward who also has the skill to face up and hit jumpers or drive to the rim to finish. He has a good feel for the game and will clean up the weakside glass effectively. His body type and conditioning may become an issue in the future. At this time he is one of the top forwards in the country, because of skill set. He had an average game here today with 9 points and 5 rebounds in a win over Commonwealth.

Spellman is a talented option at the power forward/center position. He is easy essay on my pet dog a load on the inside and a consistent in-area rebounder. Spellman was quite productive in game two. He has a great body with soft touch around the bucket. He active feet allow him to maneuver around the lane for offensive rebounds. He even showed range on the face up jumper.
