Harvey has struggled a bit during EYBL play before this stop. He played with a renewed pace in Atlanta making plays on both ends against Cal Supreme. Harvey is averaging 11 points, 6.7 rebounds and right at 2 assists per in 16 EYBL games. He’s at 68 percent from the line and 30.5 perfect from the 3 line. Both of those numbers have room for improvement but the talent / size is there.

Harvey is as consistent of a shot maker as you will find nationally. His length, athleticism and purity of touch on his jumper allow him to make shots while playing off the ball. The most underrated part of Harvey’s game is his ability to move without the basketball. He sets up his defender and can use screens remarkably well.

Simply put, Harvey has established himself as a premier scorer in the class regardless of position. He can make the open jumper or create space to score off of the bounce as well.

Harvey is a wing who continues to get better. He is filling out and has a smooth touch from the outside on his jumper. He is the go-to scorer for Team Takeover this season.

Harvey may not have his best statistical performance tonight with 13 points on 5 of 14 shooting with 4 rebounds. However, the glimpses of brilliant skill were there. He hit a 3 coming off of a downscreen and then followed that by slashing to the rim between defenders. He is great in transition and has the potential to be an elite wing defender.

Harvey is a smooth option on the wing. He didn’t shoot it great in this eval but is a primary scorer nonetheless for DeMatha. He is a real catch and shoot threat with good bounce around the rim. That said, he can continue to work on creating off of the bounce like Jayson Tatum (MO-16) has over the past year.

Harvey is an athletic wing player who could legitimately play either wing position on both ends of the floor. The strength of his game centers around his quick first step and his accurate pull-up jumper.

Harvey stole the show once again. His ability to score the basketball couple with his size make him one of the nation’s perimeter threats regardless of class. He could very well be the most complete wing in the sophomore class. Harvey shoots the 3-pointer, mid-range and finishes at the rim. He possesses ideal size at the wing position.

Harvey was even better here than he was in December. He’s right there with classmate Troy Brown (NV) at the head of the class perimeter wise right now. Harvey showed that he can get to the rim at will, finish with contact while also hitting the outside jumper. His change of direction allows him to create space. Harvey is an elite athlete in terms of his bounce off of the floor as well.

Harvey is an exceptional athlete on the wing with good length to match. He moves very efficiently with the ball in his hands, but his overall ball skill could still stand to improve. He struggled to feed the post this evening from the wing.

Harvey is a smooth off ball guard who reminds me of Braxton Blackwell (TN-16). Harvey is bigger than Blackwell size wise with a smooth release on his jump shot. He’s not great downhill with the basketball at this point. Keep an eye on his progress. He’ll play on the elite circuit year round for the next four years.
