Brent Duncan, Team 2 (Atlanta, Ga.), Holy Innocents’ – 2016

His twitter handle says it all @BrentDunks. The 6-foot-6 forward rattles the rafters every time he gets a chance. His high flying exploits give credence to his aforementioned nickname and draws fear from opposing defenders. However, we would be short changing the athletic junior if we would end the evaluation there. Duncan is an essay on my aims and goals in life aggressive rebounder with strong hands around the basket. He is a capable defender who can guard both inside and outside. We have our eye on Duncan as one of the city’s most exciting and productive forwards.

Trae Higginbotham, Team 3 (Lawrenceville, Ga.), Brookwood – 2017

Higginbotham is a slashing guard that uses a quick first step to get into the lane. At 5-11 he projects as a point guard in the future, however he showed the skill play off the ball here at the EBA Camp. The sophomore uses nice change of pace with the ball to get his shot off in the lane. He was good with the floater in traffic while also displaying a nice pull-up jumper in transition. As he develops in years to do my coursework for me come, he could establish himself as one of the better guards in the Gwinnett County area.

Zezmon Steeple, Team 2 (Homer, Ga.), Banks County – 2016

Steeple made a positive impression in his first EBA camp in October. The 5-10 lead guard showed the willingness to facilitate the camp offense. However, in the process he showed the athleticism to create space with the dribble. That fine balance in a camp setting is sometimes hard for young men who are trying to display their skills. However, Steeple did a good job of picking his spots to create and move the ball. He will play a big role for his Banks County team this high school year.
