Anthony Haskins – (Lawrenceville, Ga.) – Central Gwinnett HS – 2015

Anthony-Haskins-HeadshotHaskins is a valuable player on the court because of his defensive versatility. At nearly 6-foot-8 tall and a wing span that is even longer, he can defend the basket by blocking shots and intimidating opponents into bad decisions. However, he has feet that allow him to move easily from block to arc with ease. During the zone portion of the camp session Haskins played the forward position at the essay writing university bottom of the zone. With his long arms and quick feet, he shut down his side of the floor by not allowing shooters to get a clean look at the basket. Offensively Haskins has made progression in his game. He is still a fierce finisher above the rim and he is developing touch when making back to the basket moves. He should be a double-double threat each night he steps onto the floor for the Black Knights this year at Central Gwinnett High School.

Kendrick Simmons – (Homer, Ga.) – Banks County HS – 2016

Kendrick-Simmons-HeadshotSimmons is a 6′ guard who played his position well here at this camp. He is a high energy guard that is willing to do the blue-collar jobs that are needed for his team to be successful. In this way, Simmons found ways to impact the essay writing sites uk game without having a high number of touches. He created deflections and ran to helpside on the defensive end. On the offensive end he willingly made the extra pass and found open teammates on the perimeter. Although he proved to be an effective complementary player at camp, he did show skills that will allow him to be a play maker this high school season. In drill work he showed a solid release on his jumper and was quick to pick up offensive concepts. He will play alongside of impact post players such as Austin Venable (GA-15) and Zach Orr (GA-16) while suiting up for the Leopards of Banks County, which should provide many scoring opportunities as both players create double team situations.

Austin Weiner – (Gainesville, Ga.) – Heritage Academy – 2020

Austin-Weiner-HeadshotWithout question one of the bright spots of the camp was from essay writing skills a player that is still two years away from entering high school. Standing at 6-3, Weiner can already be labeled a shooting specialist. He keeps the ball high in his shooting pocket and has a release that gives him consistency past the arc. Even though he competed against players that were often several years older than him, he made a solid impact in game play. The North Georgia native does not appear to be finished growing either. If he continues to add pieces to his skill set as he adds inches to his frame, he could position himself as one the premier wing shooters in the state of Georgia in his class.
